A new opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a progressive Interiors and Construction business, on the back of growth and secured pipeline of work well into 2022.
As Project Manager working for the company’s highly successful and established Interiors division, you will be based from their offices near York, with site and client visits as required overseeing a range of fit- out projects across the Northern region (Yorkshire and Midlands).
With a varied and long standing client base of blue chip clients across Retail, Leisure and Commercial sectors, you will be responsible for the overall successful delivery of fit out schemes typically ranging in value from £100k - £500k.
You will be joining the company at a busy and exciting time in its growth and where there will be ample opportunity for continued professional development.
- The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in a Project Management role within an interiors / fit out contracting environment.
- You will be a client facing individual with the ability to interrogate and drive programme, manage teams, and understand the contractual needs of a scheme.
In return you will receive a salary of circa £50 - 55k plus an attractive benefits package and will be a key member of this thriving company's senior management team.
