Brand New Role for a Cost Planner with a Tier 1 Contractor!

Brown & Wills are recruiting for an experienced Cost Planner to join our Client who are based in the North West.  They have a very passionate Pre-Construction Team, with a diverse portfolio of projects that range from £10 million to £60 million in value.

They are looking for an individual who has a passion for the project at hand, and securing work, whilst also being able to work within a good and healthy team environment.  You will be working on a portfolio of projects such as residential, commercial and public sectors. Work will be varied within the projects, procured via two-stage tenders, frameworks and competitive tendering. Key Responsibilities will be focused on advising, preparing and winning new tenders and existing framework opportunities for the business. This will require you to manage robust and long-term relationships with clients and internal teams in line with the general strategy. You will need to assist, as well as manage, the production of tender documents, attend pre-tender and post tender interviews, and provide data as requested. 

Ideally you will have similar project sector experience, and good technical construction knowledge.  You can expect a competitive salary and an outstanding package that includes a company car, private healthcare, a matched pension scheme 26 days’ annual leave + bank holidays.
