Brown & Wills Recruitment offers a genuinely client focused recruitment service. Our business has been built upon an ethos of partnership, working with our clients to provide a bespoke service in tune with their needs.

We have worked in partnership on a variety of project types including major projects, retail, leisure, education, healthcare, PFI/PPP, fit out, refurbishment and private commercial developments. We offer all of our clients a wide range of services such as Contingency (permanent) Recruitment, Temporary Recruitment and Executive Search.

Each of us at Brown & Wills has been through a rigorous selection and training programme in the industry. We are developed as dedicated sector specialists and have been trained in search and selection techniques. Brown & Wills are fully committed to making sure that any individual or shortlist of candidates which are provided to our Clients have been engaged with and fully screened. We do not and will not send any potential applicants that have not entered our screening process.
