We have worked in partnership on a variety of project types including major projects, retail, leisure, education, healthcare, PFI/PPP, fit out, refurbishment and private commercial developments. We offer all of our clients a wide range of services such as Contingency (permanent) Recruitment, Temporary Recruitment and Executive Search.

Each of us at Brown & Wills has been through a rigorous selection and training programme in the industry. We are developed as dedicated sector specialists and have been trained in search and selection techniques. When our clients talk to one of us, they are speaking to someone who understands the recruitment market in the Construction Sector and has the aptitude and ability to secure the best talent for their business. Brown & Wills are fully committed to making sure that any individual or shortlist of candidates which are provided to our Clients have been engaged with and fully screened. We do not and will not send any potential applicants that have not entered our screening process.
