About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Planner to leadthe programming and scheduling of high-profile sports venue and stadiumprojects. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring these complex,large-scale entertainment facilities are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Master Schedules: Create comprehensive tender and construction programmes using Primavera P6 or ASTA Powerproject.
- Manage Critical Path: Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with commercial, design, and site management teams to align timelines.
- Logistics Planning: Coordinate complex site logistics, overlay requirements, and specialized sports installations
- Progress Reporting: Prepare detailed cash flow, resource, and progress reports for client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience: You will be a self-starter use to operating in a lead capacity, with a proven track record in the delivery of construction programmes for major sports venues, arenas, or stadiums.
- Software: Advanced proficiency across a range of planning software.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of complex structural engineering, large-scale MEP integration, and high-occupancy safety regulations.
- Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
