Facade and Cladding Manager

A new and interesting opportunity is available for a Facadeand Cladding Project Manager to join a leading contractor in the delivery ofspecialist external envelope packages on a range of commercial and publicsector projects across the Northwest.

This key role will join a build main contractor where youwill take ownership of a range of façade packages, including structuralglazing, curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, brick slip systems, and SFS.

Your key responsibilities will include, subcontractorinteraction and direction, reviewing design and technical matters associatedwith said packages, QA and general safety associated with working at height.

Therefore, those who fit the following criteria would be encouragedto apply;

·      Have a proven track record operating either in asimilar role with a main contractor or with a leading façade / claddingcontractor.

·      Good technical knowledge associated withcladding and façade systems, as well as the UK building regulations associatedwith them.

·      A solution oriented communicator who focuses oncollaboration, actively listening to stakeholders and articulating clear pathsforward.

·      Hold valid site certification including SMSTS,CSCS, First Aid

·      IT literate.

·      Full UK driving licence.
