I have been working with Brown and Wills Recruitment in particular Cath Wills for some years now and find their service has always proved to be excellent. Their understanding of the business needs in the construction industry enables them to provide us with high calibre applicants. They have always been professional, honest and reliable After joining Brown and Wills they really took the time to get to know me and my requirements before putting me forward for jobs that suited my skills and personality. Unlike other recruitment agencies that I have dealt with in the past, they found me a position according to my ability and potential rather than just placing me in similar positions that I had held in the past.I have been in my current position for nearly a year now and in my role as a Contracts Manager I now continue to use Brown and Wills to supply my recruitment needs on a regular basis. They also regularly call just to catch up and check on how I am getting on.
