After suddenly being made redundant just before Christmas, I received a call from Liz who arranged me an interview within 2 days. Not only did Liz get to know my professional history we also took the time to get to know me personally. Liz helped me prepare for the interview and rang me the same day with feedback. I took the post and during my first few weeks Liz has stayed in touch to make sure everything is going well for both parties. The personal approach made all the difference to me and I would recommend Brown and Wills unreservedly.
