Freelance Quantity Surveyor
A freelance project quantity surveyor is required to provide support commercially on a key project based in central Leeds.
The requirement is to work within a Tier 1 type contracting environment where you will report to the commercial lead for a period of 4 months initially, with the potential for a longer-term requirement depending on the needs of the project.
To be considered for this post you should fit the following criteria;
· Have a proven track record operating at a Project / Senior QS level with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Have a background within large newbuild build projects, with elements of civils works.
· Ability to turn your hand to a variety of commercial activities, dependent on the specific needs of the commercial team.
· Be comfortable dealing with sub-contractor procurement.
· Available for an immediate / quick start.
