A new lead Site Manager opportunity is available to join agrowing and progressive refurb and fitout specialist, were works are both regionallyand nationally distributed so those interested should be open to working away ifrequired.
Project profiles in the main cover retail and high street commercialorientated clients, so exposure to that type of work would be advantageous,where you will have a high level of client contact.
The business is therefore interested recruiting capable SiteManagers who can manage autonomously with the support of a visiting operationsmanager, leading projects day to day to successful completion.
To be considered you will therefore hold the followingskills set;
· Strong all-round operational capability onprojects values up to £3m
· Ability to manage sub-contractor to correctprogramme and specification parameters
· Comfortable operating as a no.1 lead on projects
· Good client facing capabilities
· Hold valid site certs including, SMSTS, CSCS, FirstAid
· IT literate
· Strong Health & Safety ethos
