Requirements:
- Degree educated in relevant subject – preferred but not essential
- Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience in site or project management within the construction industry
- Main Contractor or private practice/ consultancy background considered
- Experience managing the successful delivery of projects in the Retail sector preferred
Skills and competencies:
- Strong programme management and I.T. skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Client facing with the ability to successfully manage all supply chain partners
- Passion for delivering quality schemes
