One of the North's largest and most established Regional Contractors is seeking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a large affordable homes and retirement living scheme in the Bridlington area.

As a Quantity Surveyor working within a friendly and skilled commercial team, you will be responsible for managing valuations, sub-contract procurement, cost control & reporting, and change control/contract administration.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a relevant HND or equivalent in quantity surveying
  • Experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor within a Main Contractor (Build) environment
  • Experience of affordable homes and/ or extra care schemes
