A big thank you to Liz Brown at Brown & Wills Recruitment for the support she’s given me recently. Liz was instrumental in helping me recognise my value and approach career decisions with a clear head. She gave thoughtful, honest advice and even encouraged periods of reflection and open conversations internally before making any move.

That balance of insight and genuine care made a huge difference. Even though the role I’ve accepted came via another route, I wouldn’t have got there with the same clarity or confidence without Liz’s guidance.

Liz and Cath have a real focus on making the right match for both candidate and employer, and I’d recommend Brown & Wills Recruitment to anyone in the construction sector.
