Our client is a well-established Principal Contractor operating throughout the North and Midlands. Offering a full design & build service, and working in close partnership with their clients, they have developed into an industry leader in their field.
This innovative and progressive business is now seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to carry out all commercial duties in relation to a newly awarded £25m scheme.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as Senior Quantity Surveyor in a Main Contractor environment
- Experience of Leisure projects preferred
