A fantastic new opportunity is available for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing regional contractor who are recruiting due to continued expansion and a strong forward order book.
Based from their office in the West Leeds area the company operate across commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be joining a very friendly expanding business, and will be responsible for overseeing and supporting a small team as well as carrying out day-to-day commercial duties.
Requirements:
- Proven track record operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a Main Contracting environment
- Experience in the commercial build sector would be preferred, on project values up to £2 - 3m.
- Good communication skills.
- Would ideally suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career, in a growing company where they can really make a difference.
