A new opportunity is available for a lead Site Manager operating as no.2 to an on-site Project Manager for the delivery of a key build project in the Bradford area.
The role would suit those with a proven track record operating within a similar position on newbuild projects values upwards of £5m+.
Where your primary responsibility will be to lead the operational team day to day, provide key support to the Project Manager.
To be considered for this role you will fit the following spec;
- Have a proven track record operating as a lead site manager on newbuild projects such as commercial, industrial or sheds on values £5M +
- Be used to high levels of client interface
- Hold valid site certification including a minimum of SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS managers card
- Strong Site H & S and commercial capability
- Ability to build strong relationships with your supply chain / subcontractors
- IT literate
- Full UK driving
