A new opportunity is available for a Site Manager to join an established privately owned principal contractor with sites across the Leeds and West Yorkshire area.
The role will have primarily responsibility for the delivery of projects upto c£2m in value, where you will manage day to day site performance versus programme, health and safety and quality, you will do this with input and support from a visiting project manager.
Due to the nature of their work they would favour site managers with a strong background and leaning to brickwork, stonework and masonry, as a good technical and practical knowledge in these areas is vital.
You should also hold valid site certification in the following areas;
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS
- Full Uk driving licence
- Other area such as scaffold / pasma etc would advantageous
