Our client is a leading and long established multi-disciplinary project management and cost consultancy who are seeking to bolster their team with a talented and ambitious Managing Surveyor, ideally with sector expertise of delivering cost consultancy services in the residential property sector.

The Role:

Working as part of a vibrant team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of Quantity Surveying / Cost Management services on a range of new builds, refurbishments and programmes of work, from inception to handover. With key requirements including:

  • 5 + years’ experience operating at a Senior level in a consultancy environment, and be client facing with the ability to deliver commissions of varying scale and complexity
  • experience with either Private or Public sector clients (preferably both)
  • experience within the residentila sector (affordable homes, social housing, extra care)
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
  • Ideally MRICS or similar accreditation (or working towards)
