A new Site Manager opportunity is available to join a growing and progressive refurb and fitout specialist, were works are both Yorkshire and nationally distributed so those interested should be open to working away if required.

Project profiles cover in the main commercial and public sector orientated refurb, upgrades, and extension of existing properties / buildings, although there is some involvement in retail clients from time to time.

The business is therefore interested recruiting capable Site Managers who can manage autonomously with the support of a visiting operations manager, leading projects day to day to successful completion.

To be considered you will therefore hold the following skills set;

  • Strong all-round operational capability on projects values up to £3m
  • Ability to manage sub-contractor to correct programme and specification parameters
  • Comfortable operating as a no.1 lead on a projects
  • Good client facing capabilities
  • IT literate
  • Strong Health & Safety ethos
