The role will have key input and responsibility for the running of the operational side of business day to day linking into the broader team and senior management.

The business operates across a diverse range of projects both regionally and nationally, in public and private sectors, so those with similar experience would work well.

This is a role that offers a good level of autonomy and the chance to have impact within a SME construction environment that has a flat management structure and is low on politics.
