Requirements:

  • Degree educated in relevant subject – preferred but not essential
  • Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience in site or project management within the construction industry
  • Main Contractor or private practice/ consultancy background considered
  • Experience managing the successful delivery of projects in the Retail sector preferred

Skills and competencies:

  • Strong programme management and I.T. skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Client facing with the ability to successfully manage all supply chain partners
  • Passion for delivering quality schemes
